Youth grades 5-8, any experience level
4:45 PM to 6:15 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
and
selected Saturdays from 7.30-10.15am
*Arrival time is flexible to accommodate later arrivals after school.
Water-based practices are at Blackburn Point Park or the Scullers Club House. We aim to hold mostly water practices. Weather conditions may mandate clubhouse practices. It is the responsibility of each participant/family to sign up for text notifications to ensure you know the correct practice location.
$850 for Fall 2024 and $850 for Spring 2025 season
INCLUDES race fees for up to 3 races! (Races ~2+ hours away may result in additional fees)
$200 registration fee applies to new rowers.

Meet your Middle School Coach
Open to youth starting in grade 6, the participants learn the basics of the rowing stroke, safe navigation, and correct use of equipment. Our middle school rowers learn both sweep and sculling techniques to give them a great rowing foundation as they grow and develop their skills.
PLEASE NOTE: If a student-athlete from another FSRA program would like to join the Sarasota Scullers, they are more than welcome. Transfers must comply with current FSRA rules.
