When you come to a summer program at the Sarasota Scullers, you’ll:

  • learn from highly trained and experienced coaches who bring enthusiasm and tremendous knowledge to each session.

We teach High Performance rowing every day at practice.  No special camps needed!  We give you the tools and techniques you need to be a successful rower!

Learn to Row Summer Camp

Interested in rowing? Not sure about this new sport?  Join us for a fun-filled summer camp!  You’ll learn everything you need to know about rowing and have a great time. You’ll find new friends and a new you.

Summer camp is for all new-to-rowing athletes grades 6-12.

Select either of the following sessions:

  • June 14th to June 18th  7am-1030am, $175
  • July 19th to July 23rd  7am-1030am, $175

*Flash Camp! August 2nd-4th   7a-1030a $150

In the event of inclement weather, we teach rowing skills at our land location 153 N. Tamiami Tr, Osprey, Fl 34229.

 

Summer Rowing

The full summer session is designed for experienced rowers and prepares them for the upcoming fall season. Rowers will help with summer camp and train hard to be ready for the fall. Most rowers here will experience at least one regatta over the summer months.

June 14 – August 9.

High school is Monday to Thursday: 6:45am-9:00am (mixture of water and land, coach’s discretion.)

Middle School is Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:45am-9:00am

No practice July 3- July 11

 

Cost based on age: high school ($285/mo) or middle school ($185/month.)  New to Scullers will have a registration fee added to their initial payment.  Registration fee includes race shirt for middle school or a uni for high school rowers!
