Join Our Exciting Summer Rowing Camps!
Our passionate and experienced coaches are thrilled to introduce 6th–12th graders to the joy of rowing! Our summer camps welcome all skill levels, from beginners eager to learn the basics to intermediate and advanced athletes ready to take their skills to the next level. Campers will master the fundamentals of the rowing stroke, safe water navigation, and proper equipment use in a fun, supportive environment. How does a Camp look like
Camp Activities Overview … an example week
Campers row Monday – Friday from 8:00am-11:00am
- Monday
Introduction to rowing: safety, equipment, basic technique. First contact with the water. - Tuesday
Rowing on the water! Expanding the language of rowing and physical demands of rowing on the water. - Wednesday
Rowing on the water, refining balance, rowing technique, and teamwork. - Thursday
Rowing on the water, building physical strength and team bonds. Beach swim near Midnight Pass. - Friday
Rowing on the water with some friendly competition and stand-up paddle boarding.

For our SUMMER CAMPS 2026 we are offering also a nearly day-long camp experience
Training for 8-11am (see above) … followed by 11am to 3pm activity
11am to 11.30am – Team transport to FRANKIES PIZZA
11.30am to 1.30pm – Lunch at FRANKIES PIZZA and individual learning
1.30pm to 3pm – Training at our partner location DSC Osprey
