Since our inception in 1991, Sarasota Scullers provides championship rowing to middle and high school youth of Sarasota and surrounding counties. Sarasota Scullers believes in developing the person, not just the athlete. Our athletes often attend their first-choice college with either athletic scholarships or educational/academic scholarships. Over the years, our rowers have gone to Georgetown University, Harvard, University of Louisville, La Salle, Marquette, Duke, USF, UF, FSU, the Coast Guard Academy and so many more. By focusing on developing great people, we develop a great team and great citizens for the community.
